A Primary school in Brent are looking for a graduate who can help assist and closely work with a non-verbal year 4 student with Autism. The school have recently received funding for an EHCP from the Local Authority meaning, they are looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to start ASAP! The school have a clear understanding of what they want their students to achieve, and they have been guided by the community to nurture the physical and mental development of the students, meaning the wellbeing of their students is at the forefront of their values.

About the role – SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
- To be working with an Autistic and non-verbal year 4 student to help their development and education
- To run targeted interventions with the pupil to raise attainment
- To be imaginative and creative with teaching techniques to engage and keep the student’s attention for long periods of time
- Support children inside and outside the classroom
- £105 – £110 daily rate – Monday to Friday
- Long-term, full-time role till the end of the academic year
- ASAP Start
Ideal candidate for SEN Teaching Assistant – Immediate Start
- To be able to commute to or located in Brent
- Graduate with 1st class or 2:1 degree
- To have a genuine passion for teaching
- Experience teaching or working with children
