Who we are

We officially launched in 2022, but have more than a decade’s worth of combined experience in education recruitment. It’s our mission to be known for having the highest retention rates for candidates and only providing the best quality staff for long-term and permanent placements. 

Our focus is on whole-school recruitment – everything from graduate support staff, teachers, middle leaders,  senior leaders and back office too. We do things a little differently, and we try our best to bring fresh perspectives to education recruitment. Our processes are thorough yet efficient, making it easier for our clients and schools to find the right skills and talent and for our candidates to find their perfect next step.

Ryan Bingham

Director & Co-Founder
Ryan has 7 years of experience recruiting for schools. He’s become one of the leading Long-Term & Permanent Education Recruiters across London, placing over a thousand candidates.

George Mair

Director & Co-Founder
George has 8 years of experience recruiting for schools, having placed candidates at all levels, ranging from Teaching Assistants to Headteachers.


Head of Resourcing
James leads our team of Talent Managers and also works directly with candidates himself. He’s had a varied career in multiple industries and prides himself on delivering on his word.


Holly works with schools in South West London. Having previously been a Primary Teacher herself, Holly ensures she always goes the extra mile to support candidates and clients.


Josh looks after schools in East London. He travelled the world and worked as a snowboard instructor for 6 years but has now firmly planted his feet into the world of Education.


Compliance Officer
Ellie ensures all candidates are fully compliant when working in schools. She also organises office socials, incentives, and general fun stuff.


Talent Manager
As a graduate himself, Joe works diligently to consult with graduates looking to break into education. He also works alongside Teachers to help them reach their goals and aspirations.


Talent Manager
Maddie works closely with her candidates, taking the time to get to know everyone she works with. She has three years of previous experience in sales and is a natural communicator.


Talent Manager
Becca works with Graduates and Teachers to help them find their next role. After graduating from university, she managed tuition centres, working directly with children, parents and tutors. 


Talent Manager
Alex works closely with graduates and teachers to help them find their next role. After graduating from university he worked in the charity sector, he has wide-ranging experience and will always take the time to go the extra mile.


Talent Manager
Millie works with graduates and teachers to help them find their next role. After graduating with a postgraduate degree in Film and Television, she worked as a teaching assistant and summer camp counsellor in the US.


Talent Manager
Charlie works closely with candidates to find them their first or next role in education. She is a confident and natural communicator, coming from a recruitment background previously. She is passionate about supporting candidates and works hard to find them their perfect role.
