An ‘Outstanding’ two form entry primary school in Brent is looking for an exceptional Reception Teacher + TLR to join their team. The school are offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take the next step in their teaching career by taking on additional TLRs.

The school are looking for a fun-loving individual to join their school, the leadership team are incredibly supportive and keen to take on an ECT or experienced teacher. They value holistic learning and the opportunity to allow students to follow their own passions and progress as people.

Reception Teacher + TLRs Job Description:

  • Inner London MPS1-UPS3 £38,766-£60,092
  • Deliver engaging and innovative lessons to a Reception of pupils aged 5 to 11
  • Ensure that all pupils are supported and challenged to achieve their full potential, both academically and personally
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of a broad and balanced curriculum
  • TLRs available to experienced teachers such as Music, IT, PE, and Science Lead
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils
  • Engage with parents and carers to promote their involvement in their child’s education

Reception Teacher + TLRs Person Specification:

  • Must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A degree at 1:1 or 2:1
  • A demonstrated understanding of the primary Curriculum and a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders
  • A fun-loving attitude that you can bring into the Reception room
  • An understanding of and commitment to our school’s values and ethos
