As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with their behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement in learning. You will act as a positive and consistent role model, helping pupils to manage their behaviour, develop positive relationships and remain engaged in the classroom.

Behaviour Mentor – Job Role:
- Behaviour Mentor
- Providing 1:1 and small-group behaviour support
- Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
- £105 – £120 per day
- Starting ASAP – Full-time, long-term
- Located in the Borough of Redbridge
Behaviour Mentor – Candidate Specification:
- A degree from a reputable University
- Genuine interest in working with young people and supporting positive behaviour
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable
- Resilient and confident when managing challenging behaviour
- Ability to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils
- Passionate about working as a Behaviour Mentor within a school
