Teaching Assistant – Art / Design Graduate

A school in the heart of Camden are on the hunt for a Teaching Assistant – Art / Design Graduate to join their school from September 2024 on a full time basis.

From their first days in reception, to finishing their SATs in Year 6, students of the school are taught to value their own passions as much as traditional academia such as English and Maths. Popularly being Art, Design, Dance, and Music, with equpiment and facilities at the school being state of the art.

The school is looking for an equally creative teaching assistant to join their team, to support learning across the school and bring lessons to life! Children will learn about the Romans, Greeks, Tudors and more, with all of these being heavily tied in the arts.

Job Description: Teaching Assistant – Art / Design Graduate

• Teaching Assistant – Supporting in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• £105-£115 per day
• Located in Camden, London
• Using your creative skills to bring lessons to life
• Support children with speech and language difficulties using Art and Music
• Manage classroom behaviour alongside the class teacher
• Receive CPD and training from day 1

• 1^st Class/2:1 Art/Performing Arts degree
• Strong academic record
