This SEN Teaching Assistant role would fit perfectly for a Psychology Graduate who is looking for firsthand experience working with children and young people with Special Educational Needs before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology or a similar field.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will gain valuable experience supporting pupils with Autism, learning difficulties, communication needs, emotional regulation and complex needs. You will work closely alongside experienced SEN Teachers and support staff while developing your understanding of different interventions and approaches.
