JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
  • Support secondary students with a range of SEN across KS 3-5 (ages 11-18)
  • Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties
  • September 2026 Start
  • Full-time / Term Time Only
  • £105 – £130 per day
  • Located in Waltham Forest

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Psychology graduate, or equivalent experience supporting students with SEN
  • Experience working with students with Autism (ASD), Dyslexia, or Speech & Language needs
  • Ability to support students across Key Stages 3-5
  • Motivated to make a meaningful, long-term impact in students’ lives
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
