This is the perfect opportunity for a graduate considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Teaching or Child Mental Health.
This SEN Teaching Assistant role will see you supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will work closely alongside experienced teachers, SEN professionals and therapists, gaining invaluable hands-on experience within a supportive school environment.
The school is specifically looking for academically strong graduates with a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university, who are confident, compassionate and genuinely passionate about supporting children with SEN.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH and Speech & Language needs
- Providing 1:1 and small group interventions
- Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and external professionals
- Supporting children academically, socially and emotionally
- Full-time, Term-Time Only
- September 2026 start
- Long-term & full academic year position
- £105 – £115 per day
- Located in Camden
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Must hold a 1st Class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university
- Strong academic background throughout education
- Previous experience supporting children or young people is desirable
- Passionate about SEN and child development
- Patient, empathetic and proactive personality
- Aspiring Educational Psychologist, Therapist, Teacher or SEN professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
