This is a full time & term time only role, with scope for teacher training from September 2026 or 2027.

This is the perfect opportunity for an English Graduate Teaching Assistant who is considering a career in teaching and is eager to gain valuable, hands-on classroom experience before committing to a PGCE.

The Head Teacher is passionate about developing graduates into outstanding educators and offers extensive in-house training and continuous support to all Teaching Assistants.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • English Graduate Teaching Assistant
  • ASAP start
  • Full Time – Term Time Only
  • £105 – £120 per day
  • Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5 within the English Department
  • Delivering targeted interventions for literacy, reading comprehension & essay writing
  • Supporting exam preparation & revision sessions
  • Located in Ealing

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • 1st Class / 2:1 English, English Literature or related degree from a reputable University
  • Strong academic background, particularly in English
  • Passionate about education and making a difference
  • Confident, articulate and proactive
  • Ideal for an aspiring English Teacher
