As a Wellbeing Support Assistant will be working alongside children with varying SEMH and SEN needs, so a candidate with a degree in Psychology, Counselling or Criminology would make a perfect fit for this position.
Aside from having the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with the pupils, you will also be working with a variety of qualified staff such as the teachers, SENCO, onsite Therapists and Psychologists. This gives you a great opportunity to build on your skills before embarking on a future career as an Educational Psychologist, Therapist, Counsellor, Youth Support Worker etc.

JOB SPEC – Wellbeing Support Assistant
- Wellbeing Support Assistant
- Working closely with students across KS3, KS4 & KS5
- Assisting the lead class teacher in delivering the lessons
- Delivering 1:1 and group support sessions to SEN & SEMH students
- Assisting students with varying SEN & SEMH needs (ASD, ADHD, Depression etc)
- ASAP Start – Full-time position
- £105 – £110 per day – Term time only
- Located within Hammersmith & Fulham
