What Our Support Staff Say

“I had been wanting to explore working in a Primary School for a while after spending 9 years at a Private Nursery. George gave me a much better understanding of expectations, differences but most importantly about pay – he managed to secure me a permanent contract!”

Kirsty, Level 3 EYFS, Early Years Practitioner

“I’ve always wanted to work with Secondary Students on a 1:1 basis, Ryan was able to find me a role & school, where they are keen to help me progress, but most importantly make a difference to the students lives.”

Harry, Level 2 CACHE, Behaviour Teaching Assistant

“Not only was Ryan one of the first people to get back to me within minutes during my job search but he was also extremely attentive with what I was looking for, finding positions that would be suitable for me with the experience I had and keeping me up to date with everything. He got me trials in schools within weeks, gave me vital advice on how to prepare myself and has always checked up to see how I was finding it. I would highly recommend Ryan, he’s been great.”

Kayla, Level 3 EYP, Nursery Assistant
