We have extensive experience in placing staff in every sector of education, ranging from back-office & HR, Graduate Support Staff, NQTs, Experienced Teachers, Middle Leaders and Senior Leaders.

Meet The Team
Ryan Bingham – Director & Co-Founder
Ryan began his Education Recruitment career after graduating University in 2016. Originally recruiting for East London, Ryan rapidly created a reputation for himself and the consistent and efficient service he offered both candidates and clients before then expanding to West/Central London and making a similar, if not greater impact where he tripled his client and candidate base.
Similar to George, Ryan was also a Team Leader until November 2021, where both then decided to set-up EdEx in December 2021.
Ryan is known for his tireless, relentless work-ethic, frequently going above and beyond to ensure a placement is filled with the right candidate, or a candidate finds the right school and role.
He has been elected as a School Governor after providing them with fantastic staff for years, evidencing his clear understanding of the school’s needs.
Ryan has always strived to be the best, and over 2018, 19, 20 & 21 was the leading billing consultant at another Education Agency.

George Mair – Director & Co-Founder
George began his Education Recruitment career in 2016, quickly hitting the ground running & establishing himself with countless Primary & Secondary schools, predominantly in South East London.
Since then he’s grown through the ranks, where he finished up as a Team Leader in November 2021. EdEx was formed in December 2021 where he became Co-Founder / Director alongside Ryan Bingham.
George has become one of the leading South East London long-term & permanent recruiters, growing organically through word-of-mouth referrals. This is due to not only providing high quality staff, but most importantly advising clients on best fit, what time to recruit & also taking the stress away from recruitment by offering an efficient and honest approach to recruitment.
George is known for his work ethic, 24/7 availability & ambition to always be the best. He’s looking forward to seeing EdEx grow within the Education Sector and establish itself as one of the most efficient agencies for employees, graduate, staff & Schools!
In 2020 & 2021, George boasted a 100% success-rate for placing Teaching Assistants into long-term roles, with over 75 TA’s being offered and accepting their first trial day and interview at a school that was the right match for their search criteria, skillset and future ambitions!
