EdEx have helped support over 100 Middle & Senior Leaders in their career, primarily placing Teachers into their first Middle/Senior Leadership role where they can flourish, as opposed to making a sideways move.
We offer Teachers a confidential and bespoke service, ranging from actively searching and approaching suitable to schools, to informally searching and simply notifying our candidates of potential suitable opportunities as they arise.
