An ‘Outstanding’ Secondary School based in the heart of Lambeth are seeking a Science Graduates – Learning Support Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a Long-Term, Full-Time role.

As a Science Graduates – Learning Support Assistant, you will be tasked with supporting students in and out of the classroom in Science lessons, using your subject knowledge and expertise. This role involves working alongside the Class Teacher to assist KS3-5 pupils in all core areas of the Science curriculum.

The school is seeking a Science Graduates – Learning Support Assistant who is keen to get stuck in and passionate about Science. There are opportunities for Teacher Training within the role and is the perfect opportunity for those looking to gain class-based experience before pursuing a career as a Science Teacher.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Science Graduates – Learning Support Assistant
• Supporting students across KS3-5 in Science Lessons
• Providing additional support to pupils with SEND/SEMH needs including ASD, ADHD and SpLD
• Long-Term, Full-Time role – ASAP start
• Monday – Friday, Term-Time only
• £105 – £110 per day
• Based in Lambeth

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Science Graduate with strong academics across the board, including a 1^st or 2:1
• A passion for Science and working with young people
• Previous experience working with children
• A desire to pursue a career as a Science Teacher
