In this role, you will work within the school’s Reception/EYFS setting, providing 1:2 support to two pre-verbal pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This role includes working on bespoke timetables, assisting with personal care, and collaborating closely with the SENCO to deliver tailored provision.

EYFS/Reception – Autism Support: ROLE SPEC

  • EYFS/Reception – Autism Support
  • Supporting two pre-verbal pupils with ASC on a 1:2 basis
  • Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
  • Delivering learning via bespoke timetables and sensory activities
  • Supporting with personal care routines as needed
  • Full-time position – Term time only – September 2025 Start
  • £105 – £110 per day
  • Located in Camden

  • Degree in Psychology, Child Development or a related field
  • A genuine passion for working with children with Autism and complex needs
  • Previous experience with SEN is desirable – professional or personal
  • Comfortable supporting with personal care
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, calm approach
  • Confident working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
