In this role, you will work within the school’s Reception/EYFS setting, providing 1:2 support to two pre-verbal pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). This role includes working on bespoke timetables, assisting with personal care, and collaborating closely with the SENCO to deliver tailored provision.

EYFS/Reception – Autism Support: ROLE SPEC
- EYFS/Reception – Autism Support
- Supporting two pre-verbal pupils with ASC on a 1:2 basis
- Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
- Delivering learning via bespoke timetables and sensory activities
- Supporting with personal care routines as needed
- Full-time position – Term time only – September 2025 Start
- £105 – £110 per day

EYFS/Reception – Autism Support: APPLICANT SPEC
- Degree in Psychology, Child Development or a related field
- A genuine passion for working with children with Autism and complex needs
- Previous experience with SEN is desirable – professional or personal
- Comfortable supporting with personal care
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, calm approach
- Confident working collaboratively with teaching and support staff
