ABA Tutor – SEN Support | Inner London | Daily Rate £105-£115

An inclusive Inner London school is seeking a dedicated ABA Tutor to join their team on a day-to-day basis from ASAP, supporting children with Special Educational Needs through Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) techniques.

This role offers a rewarding opportunity to apply evidence-based ABA strategies to support pupils’ learning and behaviour within a nurturing and inclusive environment.

ROLE DETAILS

  • ABA Tutor role supporting SEN pupils

  • Based in Merton

  • Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments available

  • ASAP start

  • Pay: £105 – £115 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

  • Work collaboratively with SEN coordinators, teaching staff, and therapists to deliver personalised ABA interventions

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Experience or strong interest in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

  • Understanding of SEN challenges in children

  • Patient, empathetic, and skilled in implementing behaviour support plans

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Willingness to learn, develop, and adapt ABA techniques to individual needs

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development in ABA and SEN
